1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the COGNIQUITY platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
COGNIQUITY is a cognitive sparring platform that uses artificial intelligence to support decision-making and strategic reflection. The Service is reserved for professional users ("Architects") approved by the Company.
3. Account and Access
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
- An account is strictly personal and may not be transferred or shared.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Illegal activities or activities contrary to public order
- Transmitting harmful, offensive or fraudulent content
- Attempting to compromise platform security
- Sharing Service outputs in a misleading way or without appropriate contextualisation
- Reverse engineering or unauthorised access to the underlying systems
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, including software, design and proprietary content, belong to COGNIQUITY. Outputs generated during sessions are your property, subject to the non-exclusive licence you grant us for Service improvement.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". COGNIQUITY does not warrant that:
- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI outputs will be accurate or applicable to your specific context
In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Service outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise).
7. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, with immediate effect and without notice in serious cases.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the parties elect the courts of Milan as exclusively competent.
